What are Littlefield Dentistry’s office hours?

We are open Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a shorter day on Wednesday (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) and Thursday (8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.). We are closed on Fridays.

Where is Littlefield Dentistry located?

We are located in Midtown Tulsa, Oklahoma at 1316 E. 41st St.

How can I schedule an appointment?

What types of dental services do you offer?

We provide general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, teeth whitening, alternatives to fluoride, and education about the oral‑systemic connection.

Do you accept new patients / families?

Yes, we are welcoming new patients and families at Littlefield Dentistry.

Do you see children / provide pediatric dental care?

Yes, we offer pediatric dentistry as part of our services.

What should I expect at my first visit / new patient exam?

During your first visit, we’ll review your dental and health history, perform a comprehensive oral exam, take any necessary X‑rays, and discuss your treatment goals.

Do you provide dental fillings, crowns, or restorations?

Yes, as part of our general dentistry services, we provide fillings, crowns, onlays, and other restorative treatments.

Can you help with cosmetic dentistry (veneers, bonding, smile makeovers)?

Yes, and this is what Dr. Littlefield loves. Our cosmetic dentistry services include no-prep veneers, bonding, clear aligner therapy, and other treatments to enhance your smile.

Do you offer Invisalign?

Yes, Dr. Littlefield is an Invisalign provider. 

Do you offer teeth whitening?

Yes, teeth whitening is among our cosmetic services.

What is the “oral‑systemic connection” and why is it important?

The oral‑systemic connection refers to how the health of your teeth, gums, and mouth can affect (or reflect) systemic health. We educate patients on this connection as part of our care philosophy.

Do you accept dental insurance?

We are in-network with Delta Dental PREMIER but accept and process out-of-network benefits for almost all insurances. This allows us to focus on providing the highest quality care without restrictions or limitations set by insurance plans. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit card, CareCredit, and checks.

What if I have dental anxiety or fear?

We strive to provide a gentle, patient‑centered environment, which is why we consider ourselves a dental spa. Let us know about any anxiety upon check-in, and we can discuss options to make your visit comfortable.

What is the comfort menu on your website?

We want you to feel relaxed at our practice, which is why we provide a comfort menu. You can choose from a weighted blanket, cozy blanket, support pillow, stress ball, noise cancelling headphones, and an under-eye mask. These are complimentary.

How often should I come for cleanings and exams?

We generally recommend routine checkups and cleanings every 6 months, but some patients may benefit from more frequent visits depending on their oral health status.

Do you use digital X‑rays or other advanced imaging?

Yes, we use digital radiography and modern diagnostic tools to minimize radiation exposure and improve diagnostic accuracy.

Do you offer sedation or nitrous oxide (laughing gas)?

We offer nitrous oxide for patients as needed.

How do I pay my bill / see my statement?

You can pay via our online billing portal or pay in-person at the office.

How do I maintain good oral health between visits?

We recommend you brush twice daily with nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste, floss daily, limit sugary foods, avoid tobacco, and schedule regular exams and cleanings.

Do you do emergency / same‑day dental care?

Yes, we provide emergency dental services for urgent issues like pain or broken teeth. Call us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you quickly.

What should I do if I have a dental emergency outside business hours?

Call or text our office at 918‑743‑1777 and Dr. Littlefield will be in touch as soon as she can.

What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

We ask patients to provide at least 24 hours notice if possible. Last‑minute cancellations or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee.

Is free parking or easy access available at your location?

Yes, we have on‑site parking convenient to our office in Midtown Tulsa.
